1. Delivery areas

We deliver to neighbourhoods around our cafe. Delivery areas and fees are shown at checkout when you enter your 6-digit pincode or address — if we can’t deliver to you yet, checkout will tell you and you can choose pickup instead.

2. Timings and charges

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on distance, traffic, weather and order size. You can order for as soon as possible or choose a later time slot.

• Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, every day (except announced holidays)
• Minimum order value, if any, is shown at checkout for your area
• Delivery fee depends on your area and is shown at checkout before you pay; some areas have free delivery above an order value shown there

3. Receiving your order

Please keep your phone reachable and give clear directions or a landmark. If we cannot reach you at the address after trying to contact you, the order may be returned to the cafe and treated as delivered. Please check your order on delivery — especially cakes — and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

4. Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but times are estimates. If your order is running late, we will try to let you know. For long delays caused by us, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Pickup

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from 492, Kapas Hera Extension, Kapas Hera at the time you selected. Please bring your order number. Orders not collected by closing time may not be kept.
