2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST, delivery fees and any packaging charges are shown in your bill before you pay; the total at checkout is the amount you pay. Your order is accepted when we confirm it — by then you will see a confirmation on screen and by SMS or WhatsApp.

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, a price was shown in error, the delivery address is outside our area, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel, we refund any amount you paid in full.

• Coupons have their own terms, one coupon per order, and they cannot be combined unless stated
• Delivery and packaging charges are shown before you pay
• Scheduled and custom orders are subject to availability, and we will call you if we cannot make them

3. Payments

You can pay online through our payment partner (Razorpay, PhonePe or PayU, as shown at checkout) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets, or pay cash on delivery or at pickup where offered. Online orders that are not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically. Payment partners’ own terms also apply to your payment.

4. Allergies and food safety

Our kitchen handles milk, wheat (gluten), nuts, soy and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens or traces of them. If you have an allergy, please call us before ordering. Eat fresh products promptly and store cakes as advised; we are not responsible for problems caused by improper storage after delivery or pickup.

5. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone safe and for all activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details, and do not place orders in someone else’s name without their permission.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest, about your own order, and free of abusive, unlawful or promotional content. We may moderate, decline or remove reviews that break these rules. By posting a review you allow us to show it on our website.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website — for example by placing fake orders, abusing coupons, trying to break security, or copying our content, logo or photos without permission. We may suspend accounts that do so.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, road closures or network outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law
